1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or requesting services from A² Devs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

A² Devs provides design, development, growth and creative services. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or agreement that covers scope, timeline, price and deliverables. That agreement, together with these terms, governs the work.

We build what is agreed in the proposal. Changes to scope may affect timeline and price, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Payments for services

Service payments follow the schedule in your proposal (typically a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion). We do not start work until the agreed deposit is received.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables of a service engagement are yours. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

We build to the agreed specification, but software is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
