How we work
We’re a small studio, and we keep it that way on purpose. When you work with A² Devs, you work directly with the people handling your project — no account managers, no hand-offs between departments.
Our work spans all three sides of a digital presence: build (websites, web apps, mobile apps, SaaS, AI integration), grow (social media marketing and management) and create (video, image and thumbnail work). The same small team can take on one service or the full thing.
We don’t pretend to be a large agency. We’re honest about scope, timeline and cost, and we show real work instead of invented numbers.

Ashish founded A² Devs and leads the engineering side of the studio — websites, web applications, mobile apps, SaaS products and the AI work that supports them.
Ashish sets technical direction and stays hands-on in the build. Product thinking, architecture and shipping are all part of the job — as is keeping the rest of the studio's work technically sound.

Shyam runs social media for the studio's clients — strategy, content and day-to-day management across the platforms that actually matter for each brand.
Shyam builds the growth side of a brand's presence: what gets posted and why, which platforms are worth the effort, and how to keep a channel consistent enough to compound. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
